With regard to the data entered into the system by Users, Numera doo acts as a Data Processor in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3.3 Data Entered by the User

Data entered into the system by the User (e.g. accounting, HR, sales data). For this data, the User acts as the Controller and Numera acts as the Processor.

  • providing and maintaining the service,
  • creating and managing user accounts,
  • communication and technical support,
  • security and prevention of misuse,
  • legal obligations,
  • service improvement.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is carried out based on:

  • contract (use of the service),
  • legal obligation,
  • legitimate interest (security, improvement),
  • consent (where applicable).

6. Data Sharing

Numera may share data:

  • with authorized employees,
  • with trusted subprocessors (cloud, email, support services),
