Company settings define the core configuration of your Numera subscription. These settings affect how documents are generated, how taxes are calculated, and how reports are formatted.

Company Profile

Your company profile includes basic information that appears on documents and reports generated by the system.

  • Company Name: Legal name of your organization
  • Registration Numbers: Tax ID, business registration, etc.
  • Address: Primary business address
  • Contact Information: Phone, email, website
  • Logo: Company logo for documents and reports

Business Units

If your organization has multiple locations, departments, or subsidiaries, you can set up business units to track them separately.

Multi-Company Support

Numera supports multi-company configurations, allowing you to manage multiple legal entities from the same account.

Fiscal Settings
