Quick Start
Get up and running with Numera in minutes
Before You Begin
Before starting with Numera, ensure you have:
- Valid login credentials (provided by your administrator)
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Basic information about your company structure
Step 1: Log In
Navigate to app.numera.mk and enter your credentials. If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to change your password.
First-time users
If you don't have login credentials, contact your system administrator or reach out to our support team.
Step 2: Company Setup
If you're setting up a new company, you'll need to configure basic settings:
- Go to Administration > Company Settings
- Enter your company name, address, and tax identification number
- Configure your fiscal year and reporting currency
- Set up your default warehouse and locations
Step 3: Set Up Master Data
Before processing transactions, set up your essential master data:
Customers & Suppliers
Create records for your business partners:
- Navigate to Master Data > Partners to add customers
- Navigate to Master Data > Partners to add suppliers
- Enter contact information, payment terms, and tax settings
Products & Services
Add items you buy, sell, or stock:
- Go to Master Data > Items
- Create product records with descriptions, units of measure, and pricing
- Set up inventory tracking for physical goods
Locations
Add warehouse, retail or administration locations:
- Go to Master Data > Locations
- Create location records type, name and description
- Set up subsidiary relations if needed
Step 4: Create Your First Transaction
Now you're ready to process your first business transaction. Here's a simple example of creating a sales order:
- Navigate to Sales > Outbound Orders
- Click New Order
- Select a customer from your list
- Add products/services with quantities and prices
- Review and save the order
