Learn how to navigate the Numera interface
Main Navigation
The Numera interface is designed for efficiency. The main navigation is located on the left side of the screen and provides access to all modules.
Navigation Structure
The navigation is organized into logical groups:
- Dashboard - Your home screen with key metrics and shortcuts
- Purchasing - Purchase orders, receiving, and suppliers
- Sales - Orders, deliveries, invoices, and customers
- Inventory - Stock, movements, transfers, and counts
- Assets - Fixed asset management
- Finance - Journals, Expenses, Payments, Payroll
- Document Manager - Document management module
- Reports - Dashboards and report generation
- Master Data - Partners, Items, Employees, Locations, Profit Centers, G/L Accounts
Quick Actions
The top navigation bar provides quick access to common actions:
- Quick Create (+) - Create new documents quickly
- Search - Global search across all modules
- Notifications - View alerts and pending tasks
- User Menu - Access your profile and settings
Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up your workflow with these keyboard shortcuts:

Working with List Views
Most modules display data in list views with common features:
- Sorting - Click column headers to sort
- Filtering - Use the filter icon to narrow results
- Search - Type to search within the current list
- Pagination - Navigate through pages of results
Document Views
When viewing individual documents (orders, invoices, etc.), you'll see:
- Header - Key document information and status
- Tabs - Organized sections (Details, Lines, History, etc.)
- Action Bar - Available actions for the document
- Audits/Timeline - History of changes and related documents
- Process Flow - Process map for the workflow
- Documents - Attached files to the document
Breadcrumb Navigation
Breadcrumbs at the top of each page show your current location and allow quick navigation back to parent sections. Click any breadcrumb to jump directly to that level.
